A project completed in conjunction with Wenzlau Architects, this two-home pair of modern cottages was developed by The Cottage Company.  This continues their work pushing the envelope of how complete living can come in small package.  Situated on the Northwestern edge of the Lake Washington, these two complimentary cottages are a great example of The Cottage Company’s philosophy of “better, rather than bigger”.  At only 1,700sf, these three bedroom, two bath cottage live large.  They each include a full Accessory Dwelling Unit at just under 400sf that can be a completely independent living unit.  The cottages are Built Green 4-star certified and won an Award of Merit from the Gold Nugget Award Competition.
