Ferncliff Village Phase Two is a 16 unit, affordable housing development for the Housing Resources Board on Bainbridge Island.  The development uses the community land trust model of home ownership with one or two-story townhouses on a fee simple plat with common open space tracts.

 

There are four separate buildings, added to the existing community. Featuring stunning views and located just a short walk from the ferry terminal and downtown Winslow, the Ferncliff Village Townhomes make the homebuyers’ dreams of affordable Bainbridge Living a reality. The homes were built to Washington Evergreen Standards and were constructed on an extremely tight budget.
