Bellevue Renovation​

The main goal of this renovation is to transform the lower level by adding extra guest suites, upgrading the great room, and designing a functional, inviting entertainment area in the backyard. By lowering the existing terrace level and redesigning the pool and spa, the site began to take shape. Incorporating a soffit in the great room enhanced lighting options and gave the space a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance.
