A new residence in the works at SPAi.  A design proposal for a 3,200sf, three bedroom residence with a unusual below grade garage with large terrace above.  This site has its only access from the main street below which also happens to be the direction of the stunning views that need to be captured.  The solution is to bury the garage below grade with a large terrace above that lays out on the view side of the great room space on the main floor.  The master suite occupies the majority of the second floor with unobtructed views of Murden Cove, the Seattle city skyline and Mt. Rainier.
