A new residence is currently being developed at SPAi, featuring a design proposal for a 3,200-square-foot, three-bedroom home. The unique plan incorporates a below-grade garage, with a spacious terrace positioned above it. Given that the site can only be accessed from the main street below—where the breathtaking views lie—it was essential to design a solution that maximizes these vistas. The garage is nestled below ground, while the large terrace above extends out from the great room on the main floor, ensuring a seamless connection to the view. The master suite occupies the majority of the second floor, offering unobstructed views of Murden Cove, the Seattle skyline, and the majestic Mt. Rainier.
