This design concept for a new multi-use facility in Kingston, Washington, integrates hospitality, dining, and community space into a vibrant waterfront destination. Positioned next to the ferry dock, the facility is a seamless blend of functionality and charm, offering an inn, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a large grassy park that invites both locals and travelers to relax and connect. Large windows and open spaces provide stunning views of the water, while the park area creates a central gathering place, perfect for outdoor events or leisurely afternoons. Designed to be a welcoming hub, this facility offers a unique blend of relaxation, dining, and recreation, enhancing the cultural and social fabric of Kingston while celebrating its waterfront location.
