This project initially started as the addition of an ADU with a garage below but soon evolved into a more expansive undertaking that included a main residence. The single-story design on the building’s south side ensures the ADU behind maintains its views of the water while also allowing the primary suite to enjoy the same scenic outlook. A spacious great room seamlessly connects to a large terrace, creating an exceptional entertainment area that blends indoor and outdoor spaces into one cohesive experience.
