The goal of this project was to design a guest residence with additional garage space, incorporate a pool and spa, and creatively integrate a lounge-style building without obstructing the view. The solution was to strategically position the lounge beneath the pool and additional lawn space, ensuring unobstructed, breathtaking views from all areas.
